Minutes:  Minutes from December 14^th reviewed.

Motion:  Cliff to accept the minutes.

Finances:  See enclosed.

Lynette Thompson is considering taking over Doc’s position as treasurer.

Motion:  Deb to accept the finance report.

Committees:

Mary Oberloh:  Cable 3 video tape teams below the varsity level.  They will be broadcasted.  Will talk to the parents to see if anyone interested in doing this.

Press releases form.  List highlights, issues, stats.  Will contact Hockey Moms about this.

Information to the paper needs to go to a certain e-mail address for it to be put into the paper.

Tournament Director:  Bantum Tournament going to be difficult to cover.

Programs have been received.  Worthington Electric sponsoring the programs.

How can we improve the committees?

            Assign parents to do various jobs?

            Increase cost of hockey to cover various expenses?

Banquet – Same week-end as the PeeWee Tournament.

Up to the committee as to where it will be held.

Lease is up for the machine at Hot Shots.  Last payment will be in January with a payment of $1.00 in February.

Country Club – 6 months left on lease.

Arena operations:

Gun Club – When are they coming in April?

Have we confirmed the dates for TAC?  Same rent as last year.

Need to come up with rents that would be charged and deposits for other functions.  Kris needs to know.  People are interested for summer activities.

Motion:  Scott – top accept the rent from TAC for the same as last year plus utilities.  $2100 plus utilities.

Ace Coordinator:  Nothing.

Who should information be forwarded to when it comes in.?

Tournament Director:  Can we set and go with the dates for next year’s tournaments.

Check with Trap at the high school for high school game dates.

Fund Raisers:

Puffins:  Next Monday is hand in order date.

Candles:  Have a few left.  Sold well.

Tail Gate party:  Next one against Luverne  January 28^th.  Grill is taken care of.  Need to send a check for the grill for both after the next tail gate party.  $100.

Coaches:

Varsity coaches:  handled by the school.  4 players sat the next game.

Miscellaneous:

Max Pierson:  check with the school and see what their policy is when a player is hurt in the beginning.

Motion:  Cliff – No refund for ice fees.  Does not have to complete volunteer hours.  Deposit check returned when jerseys are returned.

Jersey Sales:

VanGrouw’s would like to purchase the old and new jersey’s.  What is the cost for them.

Motion:  Cliff - $75 for the old jerseys and $100 for the New Jersey’s.
