District 4 Squirts B 08-09 Year End Tournament Feb 27- Mar 1, 2009

·       Entry Fee is $325

·       Deadline is Feb. 10, 2009.

·       Registration forms available online at here.  (Mirosoft Word Document)

·       Format will be based on the number of teams registered

·       Trophies will be presented according to the format, ideally presented to

 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and Consolation

·       Brackets, rules, and general information will be sent to all registered teams.

·       Roster stickers and warm up pucks will be supplied.

·       Team books WILL be verified prior to the first game. Please have this done a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the game. Any additional team information needed for the tournament will be handed out at this time.

·       T-shirt order forms will be sent to each team prior to the tournament.

Gate Fees:

·        Coaches and players will be admitted for free

·        Family Weekend Pass $12.00

·        Single Adult Weekend Pass $7.00

·        Single Adult Day Pass $5.00

·        Student Daily Pass $2.00
